1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the application and related services that link to this page from within the app, on App Store product pages, or on related websites (collectively, the “App”). The App provides two-factor authentication (TOTP) codes, a local password vault, app lock, a custom keyboard extension, and Premium iCloud sync and password-protected portable backups.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s standard EULA on a point Apple requires, Apple’s terms control that point.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The Service

The App may allow you to add TOTP accounts (including by scanning a QR code, selecting a QR image, or entering a secret), view and copy time-based codes, store passwords locally, generate passwords, lock the App with Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode, and insert codes through the keyboard extension. With an active Premium subscription, you may also turn on encrypted iCloud sync and export or import a password-protected backup of authenticator accounts and password-vault entries. Availability may vary by device, iOS version, permissions, or subscription status.

We may update, adjust, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

3. Permissions

The App does not require account registration with us. Some features may require camera, photo library, Face ID, Touch ID, the device passcode, iCloud, or keyboard Full Access, which you can manage in iOS Settings at any time.

Denying certain permissions may make related features unavailable (for example, QR scanning, biometric unlock, iCloud sync, or keyboard code insertion). Full Access for the keyboard is used only so the keyboard can read the encrypted vault shared by this App. The keyboard does not collect what you type.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium is an auto-renewable subscription processed by Apple. We do not collect your payment card information. Free use includes TOTP codes, the password vault, password generation, app lock, and the keyboard extension. Premium unlocks encrypted iCloud sync and password-protected backup export/import.

• One or more auto-renewable plans may be offered. The plan name, billing period, and price shown in the App and on the App Store purchase sheet are what apply. They can change, differ by storefront, and are shown before you confirm purchase.
• There is no free trial unless a trial is clearly shown on the App Store purchase sheet.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

Premium access ends when the subscription expires, is revoked, or is not restored. Restore Purchases is available in the App.

5. Your Data and Backups

You retain ownership of the account labels, secrets, passwords, and backups you create. Vault data is processed on your device. Premium iCloud sync uses your personal Apple iCloud. We do not require you to upload OTP secrets or passwords to our servers.

Portable backups are encrypted with a password you choose. You are solely responsible for remembering that password. We cannot reset or recover it. Without it, a backup file cannot be restored.

You are responsible for safeguarding your device, Apple ID, exported backup files, and any accounts protected by codes generated in the App. Losing access to your secrets or backup password may lock you out of third-party services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass subscription or feature restrictions
• Use the App to access accounts or systems without authorization
• Abuse the App in any way that harms us or other users

We may restrict access to certain features if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

7. Service and Accuracy

TOTP codes depend on accurate device time and correctly entered secrets. We aim to generate codes consistently with standard algorithms, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that every third-party service will accept a generated code.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software except the limited right to use the App as intended. The App is not affiliated with Google, Microsoft, or other services whose QR codes it can import.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App and service are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, account access, or business arising from your use of the App, including inability to restore a backup because the backup password was lost.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App or service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, zero.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above limits apply only to the extent allowed by law.

11. Apple

The App is distributed through the App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms except as stated in Apple’s standard EULA. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
