Information Collection and Use

Information We Do Not Collect

The App is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store on our servers, or receive from the App:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information
• Location data
• Device identifiers used for advertising or cross-app tracking
• Browsing or search history
• Analytics or usage profiles sent to us

We do not operate servers that receive your personal data or the content of files you use with the App.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

To provide core functionality, the App may store information only on your Mac, such as:

• App preferences and settings (for example, display options and feature toggles)
• Security-scoped bookmarks for folders or files you explicitly select, so the App can access them within macOS sandbox rules
• Other non-personal operational data needed to run features (for example, usage limits or license state stored locally)

This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to us. You can remove most of it by deleting the App; some items stored in the system Keychain may persist until cleared by macOS or a reinstall.

User-Selected Files

If you open, import, or save files through the App, processing occurs on your device. Files are read or written only at locations you choose. We do not upload your files to our servers.

In-App Purchases

If the App offers in-app purchases, payment and transaction handling are performed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may process purchase-related information according to Apple’s Privacy Policy. The App only checks purchase status on your device as needed to enable purchased features.

Network Use

If the App uses the network, it is limited to essential functions such as App Store in-app purchase and restore flows. The App does not use the network to upload your files or to send analytics to us.

Third Parties

We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers. Where in-app purchases are available, Apple (App Store / StoreKit) is the third party involved in payment processing.

Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and we do not operate user accounts or online profiles within the App.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
