Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the Apple Watch application and related pages that link here from within the app, on App Store product pages, or on related websites (collectively, the “App”). The App’s display name may change; this policy is not tied to any specific product name.

The App is a casual charge-to-jump game for Apple Watch. Gameplay, scores, and settings are stored on your Watch. We do not require an account, and we do not operate a server that stores your game data.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Related terms are in our Terms of Use.

Information Stored on Your Device

The App may store the following data locally on your Apple Watch:

• High score and a local leaderboard of recent scores, including the date of each entry
• Selected visual theme
• Preference settings (for example haptics, aim line, on-screen hint, score popups, and landing shake)
• Play-count flags used only to decide when to show an optional App Store rating prompt

This information stays on your Watch. We do not upload it to developer-operated servers, and it is not synced to iPhone or iCloud by the App.

You can clear scores and related local records from Settings in the App. Uninstalling the App removes local app data from that Watch.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

• Account registration or sign-in data (the App does not require an account with us)
• Name, email, contacts, photos, location, health, or payment information
• Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking data
• Analytics through third-party analytics SDKs
• Gameplay recordings or chat

The App does not include in-app purchases or subscriptions. We do not sell your personal information and we do not show ads in the App.

Optional Links to Apple

If you choose to rate the App, the Watch may open Apple’s App Store review page. That visit is handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive the content of your review from that flow.

If you email us for support, we receive whatever you choose to send (for example Watch model, watchOS version, and a description of the issue) only to respond to that request.

How We Use Information

Local data on your Watch is used only to:

• Run the game and remember your theme and display preferences
• Show your high score and local leaderboard
• Decide when to show an optional rating prompt

Support email is used only to reply to the issue you reported.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Information is involved only in these cases:

• Apple — App Store distribution and an optional review page you choose to open, subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
• You — when you email us for support.
• Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect users, our service, or the public.

Tracking

We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and we do not show targeted advertising in the App.

Security

Game data is stored with the Watch’s standard local storage. You remain responsible for protecting your device passcode and Apple ID. No app can guarantee perfect security.

Children’s Privacy

The App is a casual game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us and we will help address it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
