These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the Apple Watch application and related services that link to this page from within the app, on App Store product pages, or on related websites (collectively, the “App”). The App’s display name may change; these Terms are not tied to any specific product name.
The App is a casual charge-to-jump game for Apple Watch: hold to charge, release to leap, land on platforms, and chase a local high score. Themes, pause, and optional display or haptic settings may be available in the App.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s standard EULA on a point Apple requires, Apple’s terms control that point.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is intended for entertainment on compatible Apple Watch models and watchOS versions listed on the App Store product page. Features such as themes, a local leaderboard, an aim line, score popups, haptics, and pause may vary by version.
The App does not require an account with us and does not include in-app purchases or subscriptions. Scores and settings are stored on the Watch where you play.
We may update, adjust, or discontinue parts of the App when needed for maintenance, compatibility, or operational reasons.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple Watch devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits of the App, except where applicable law allows it.

We may restrict access to certain features if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
High scores, theme choice, and settings stay on your Watch unless you reset them in the App or delete the App. We do not operate a game-data server. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for safeguarding your device and Apple ID. Replacing, resetting, or unpaired a Watch may result in loss of local scores.
The App, its design, artwork, and software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software except the limited right to use the App as intended.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for entertainment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that every device will perform identically.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, scores, or profits arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, zero.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above limits apply only to the extent allowed by law.
The App is distributed through the App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms except as stated in Apple’s standard EULA. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
