These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all applications and services that link to this page in the app, on a store listing, or on a related website (together, the “App”). The App primarily provides cloud-based document processing features (for example, PDF conversion to Word, Excel, or PowerPoint) and may be available on macOS, iOS, or other Apple platforms.
Display names may differ across apps. That does not change the applicability of these Terms. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App may let you upload files to our servers for processing and download the results. Features, output quality, and processing time may vary depending on the file, device, and system load. UI and some on-device features may also differ by app or platform.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
If conversion or other cloud features require sign-in, you may need to use Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Apple ID secure.
If the App provides account deletion, you may delete your account from Account or Settings. See our Privacy Policy for what data is deleted.
Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store (including the Mac App Store and the iOS App Store). We do not collect your payment card information.
Free users may receive limited usage as shown in the App. Limits may change; current limits are always displayed in the App.
You keep ownership of the files and processed outputs you submit through the App. By uploading a file, you give us permission to store and process it solely to provide the service you request.
You confirm that you have the right to upload and process each file, and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Uploaded and processed files are typically kept on our servers for a limited time (generally up to about 24 hours per task, as described in the Privacy Policy), then removed from cloud storage. Copies you download to your device are managed by you.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
We aim to provide useful results, but outputs may not match the original file in every detail. Complex layouts, fonts, scans, and embedded content may not convert perfectly. You should review output files before relying on them.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that every task will succeed.
The App, its design, and our service software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software except the limited right to use the App as intended.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App and service are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App or service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above limits apply only to the extent allowed by law.
The App may be distributed through the Mac App Store, the iOS App Store, or other Apple channels. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
